LOCAL DELIVERY OF PRE-ORDERS MADE BY LOCAL COURIER (Northeast Area)

DELIVERY HOURS: Thursday-Friday 5pm - 8pm; Saturday 10am - 1pm for orders placed at least 24 hours in advance.

CUT-OFF TIME: Orders requiring delivery must be place by noon the prior business day.

DELIVERY TIME: Courier requires a minimum 60-minute window for delivery; they cannot promise an exact time.

DELIVERY DISTANCE: Max delivery distance is 10 miles. Anything over 10 miles will require pickup.

FEE: There is a $10 delivery fee on all orders.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: It is Customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and complete. If an incorrect address is provided, then we are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery if an incorrect address was provided. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect delivery address or unavailable recipient will be passed on to the customer as a separate and additional charge from the original order.

NO ONE AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY: We will send a text message 60 minutes prior to delivery. If confirmation isn't received, then delivery will not occur.

DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL: We are not responsible for delayed packages due to construction delays or to severe weather conditions, such as heat, cold, rain, etc. at the delivery point.
